    I had my first traditional meditation about 9 years ago doing Dr. Wayne W. Dyer Change Your Thoughts based on the Tao. It had such a profound effect on me that I would walk down the street or on the beach or pretty much anywhere at all with my hands raised in the air in such deep appreciation for how good I now felt. Lol … Krissi teased me and would tell me to put my hands down … it was also my first venture into not caring what other people might think – liberating indeed. Love xoxox
